Muntà l'è ruma

Vino bianco (Colli Tortonesi D.O.C. Derthona)

An ancient vine, rediscovered a few decades ago, today Timorasso is one of the most important Italian white wines, defined by many as white Barolo, with characteristics that compare it to red wine. The character, structure and finesse of Derthona, added to the minerality, constitute an excellent identity that is strengthened with refinement over the years. The Derthona denomination has joined that of Timorasso, strongly celebrating the connection of the vine to the territory.

“Montale is Rome, he who is not tamed, tames himself” It is an ancient peasant proverb referring to vineyard workers, who had to learn to work well (therefore they tamed themselves) to avoid being fired.
